Senior / Team Lead / Cloud & Infrastructure Service Engineers

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage, coordinate, and assign daily operational tasks to Cloud Engineering, Network/SDN, Compute & Storage, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
• Review and approve Standard and Normal Change Requests prior to deployment to the Production environment.
• Receive escalations from NOC/SOC Level 1 (L1) and assign incidents to the appropriate Level 2 (L2) Engineers for further investigation and resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of ongoing Incidents and Problems handled by the engineering teams.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update Runbooks in collaboration with engineers across each technical domain.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of patching and maintenance activities according to approved schedules and plans.
• Prepare and present weekly operational status reports and support the Service Manager in capacity planning activities.
• Support Corrective Maintenance (CM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and other operational activities related to assigned projects.
• Software / Monitoring & Management Tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, NetEvid, Huawei eSight, Huawei ManageOne, Huawei iMaster NCE, VMware vCenter, FortiWeb, VMware Carbon Black)
• Hardware / Infrastructure (Servers, Storage Systems, Network Switches, Firewalls)
• Certifications (HCIA – Cloudม, HCIA – Datacom, CompTIA Cloud+)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Age 35-45 , Thai Nationality
• 5–10 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, or a related field.
• Good foundational knowledge of Networking, including VLAN, VPC, Load Balancing, and Firewall technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Storage technologies, including Block Storage and Object Storage, as well as fundamental Database concepts.
• Willing and able to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations during emergencies or critical incidents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and international vendors, with sufficient English proficiency for technical communication.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage responsibilities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong teamwork.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing architectures, particularly IaaS and PaaS, as well as Virtualization concepts.
