หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage, develop and deliver the short and long-term sales & marketing strategic plan for leasing business. • Provide the leadership at both high and details levels to lead a dynamic Sales & Marketing for Leasing function, including to partner with management team and other related parties to ensure budgets, timelines, and strategies are met and exceeded. • Research customer behaviors and competitor movements to analyze the feasibility of market and planning an appropriate strategy campaigns to stimulate company sale volume. • Increase sales volume of responsible products in every year by appropriated marketing program and tools. • Build awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer need. • Lead and manage the assigned projects in the area of assignment including manage team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in related field • At least 5 years of leasing experience with proven record of achievement • Direct experienced in leasing or hire purchasing business • Experienced with Agricultural Machine business is a plus • Highly motivated and target driven with ability to build productive business professional relationships • Good English communication (both written and spoken) • Proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel and Power point • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and well organized to manage people effectively
