หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Support Manager in term of data preparation and analysis drill down 2.Understand the usage of data mining techniques, technologies, and how they relate and impact our business in order to maximize the return of investment 3.Prepare customer data, transaction data and other related sources and transformed in SAS format for internal purpose and for insurance business 4.Use SAS mining software in selecting data, exploring data and building models using vast data warehouse to uncover previously unknown buying patterns, detect frauds, anticipate problems before they occur, forecast resource demands, gain a greater understanding of consumer motivations, and retain profitable customers 5.Use SAS/SQL to retrieve data and do customer analysis by request for related departments – corporate, CFM, operation and merchandising 6.To provide customer segmentation, association, sequent buying, campaign responsiveness, predictive churn and store clustering 7.To develop better model by keeping update data mining knowledge and methodology and also create new variables related. 8.To integrate customer data from offline, online and others sources to improve the effectiveness of model 9.Follow the data mining year plan to deliver the findings and recommendations as scheduled such as customer segmentation, product association, store cluster analysis, and campaign response analysis 10.Measure success of corporate & CFM targeted campaign and all kind of affinity program to support the development and improve the efficiency & effectiveness of marketing plan 11.Monitor result & measure success of identified area of opportunities from data mining 12.Coordinate with data mining vendor/ consultant to update knowledge about mining technique and discuss opportunity/ option

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Education: BA in Applied Statistics, Master Degree in Applied Statistics, Management Information System, or Business related - Characteristics/Skills: o Good command in SQL, SAS is a plus o Good command in MS-Excel, Access, and Power point o Strong Data Mining skill and basic knowledge of statistics o Strong analytical and problem solving skill o Thoughtful, creative, reflective, resourceful, inventive, observant o Good communication skill o Good command of English
