หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• configure, and manage AD, operating systems, applications, and system software patches and updates ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. 
• Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides and provide user training on standard system and application usage.
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
• Hardware & Software Management : Installation, replacement, configuration and upgrade of desktop PCs, laptops, printers, software or related peripherals,
• Technical Support : Diagnoses and resolves end-user issues related to hardware, software and email

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of career exposure in IT System Administrator
• Familiarity  in information security and cybersecurity principles and best practices, including   security protocols and incident response to safeguard IT infrastructure and data
• Familiarity with MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and other common business applications
• Independent work ethic with strong teamwork.
• Experienced with ISO27001
