Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Business Analyst -Coordinate with business team to study business process -Understand difficulties and pain points and gather all requirements -Create business Requirement document from business aspects. -Coordinate with Technical team to analyse and propose best practices and solutions -Create Functional Specifications to Match BRD -Create test case/scenarios, QC system prior to training, conduct UAT, User manual, training Follow up on system usage, feedback, difficulty, issues log

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -3-5 years in business analyses field of software develpment -Very much service minded person -Strong background in Insurance industry will be a plus -Knowledge about project management, software development and quality control -Good analytical, communication, presentation and coordination skills -Understand about web application development -Fast learner, self motivated and can work under pressure -Ability to speak, read and write in English will be a plus
