หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: Assistant Park Operation Manager all the following Responsibilities - Sales and Marketing. - Facility Management. - The hiring, training, development, promotion, counselling and termination of Staff members. - Staff work Schedules. - Safety of customers and employees. - Ensure all established Processes and Procedures are followed. - Responsible for Performance management. - Customer Relations. Qualifications: - Male or Female, age over 25 years. - Bachelor of Business Management or other related fields, MBA is a plus. - At least 3 years experience in Management level of Fitness, Health Club, Sport Club or Service Business would be an advantage. - Good Command of English. - Pleasant personality and Service minded. - Able to work 6 day / week.
