IT Facility Support Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - IT Network and technical support handling, Control & follow up HW and SW used in Office per company policy. - Install and config. computer software for new PC or provide support in case any other computer failure. - IT Ordering and Software control, IT Budgeting cost and forecast. - Escalate problem to next level IT Responsibility in RHQ and coordinate to solve the problem. - Network and Other IT device installation and setup . - PBX maintenance and support facility for Office users. - Provide all Report related to Call handling and other neceesary for Call center . - Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. - Evaluates findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices, records retention schedules, and office equipment layout. and return process - May prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management. - SAP and CRM specialist, be able to be trainer to train to other staffs
