- To support of the design and implementation in IT solutions. - Conduct of specified tasks in optimizing processes and IT procedures as well as in supporting national/international projects. - To resolve customer support issues in a timely, efficient and professional manner and act as a technical resource as required by the company. - The department provides an asia-pacific client support function. Therefore, a flexible approach to working hours, some international travel and some out of hours working will be required in this role from time to time.

· Bachelor's Degree in computer Science, IT (BA, BSc, BCom), all Fresh Graduate is also welcome · At least 2 years of relevant industry experience. · Good knowledge of IT-architectures and instruments incl. relevant hardware and software products. · Analysis, assessment and design of business processes. · Quality, security and IT service management standards. · Good knowledge of project controlling and offer and effort calculations. · Hardware and Software products and process flows. · Experienced in the technical modeling and the design of IT processes. · Familiar with Windows Operation System · Development experience in Visual C++ / Java? Javascript. · Strong knowledge of Web technologies i.e. HTML, CSS · Experienced in Self service Banking machines i.e. ATM · Knowledge of banking standard protocol i.e. NDC+, Diebold91x ro ISO08583 is a plus
