หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Acting as 2nd level support on security incidents • Security Incident Management (Manage the full process (incl.SIRT)) o Alert for Virus, C&C callbacks, Firewall, IDS/IPS o Virus outbreak management o Respond for Spam and Phishing report in weekly o Respond for Lost devices and data privacy report in monthly o Respond for other security incident • Service Monitoring for Firewall, WSUS,AV, VPN, DA/UAG • Vulnerability scanning for Internal and internet-faced servers • Firewall Policies management • Remote Access management • Support for Firewall rule changes, AV, CRs, incidents. • Tracking for audit finding related IT security and security advisories • Compliance monitoring for admin right, patch status(client/server), AV pattern update, etc

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Skills and Experience: • Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting of: o Security Incident Management o Firewall, WSUS,AV, VPN, DA/UAG • Strong experience in compliance monitoring, • Experience in Firewall Management • Experience working with Vulnerability scanning • Experience working of security monitoring tools • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good English skills
