• Responsibilities: - Work with Global Corporate Engineering Team on projects and services for internal and external Celestica Customers. - Work on Global Projects with a focus to develop, deploy and support applications (3rd level) - Ability to size and effectively manage and prioritise tasks to meet project goals. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. Self learner / motivator. - Ability to work with the team as well as liaison with local site-IT support staff during deployments. Mandatory: - Computer Science Degree or Software Programming Degree. - Good knowledge of Object Oriented Concepts - Exposure to SDLC concepts and software development processes - Strong analytical capabilities and self starters - Programming skills: .NET 3.5 C# - Experienced with web service development - Experienced with interfacing with databases - Knowledge of Oracle 10g, PL/SQL - Proficient in software development and debugging using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 - Experienced with Windows application development using .NET WinForm programming - Experienced with multi-threading programming Preferred: - Engineering Degree or Background with interest in IT. - Programming skills: .NET 4.0 C# - Proficient in software development and debugging using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 - Understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model in general
