• RESPONSIBILITIES Senior IT Officer is mainly responsible for providing analytical and technical expertise in analyzing, designing, validating, documenting and supporting solution for different Software applications. the job requires strong Shipping ERP knowledge and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Individual tasks vary depending on the size and structure of MSC Thailand Company, but you'll generally need to: • Conduct requirement analysis with local user. • Conduct Shipping ERP system test, UAT test to ensure system quality. • Designs systems; detailing procedures to be followed by users; revises and creates departmental forms for data processing applications or manual procedures; prepares system and data flow diagrams • Create and present system proposal to local user. • Translate client requirements to system specification. • Coordinate with application team in India and Singapore. • Performs troubleshooting on IT problems and recovery action • Monitors, administers and maintains Shipping ERP system, and other software applications to provide a secure and reliable operations environment for the company • Report work progress to stakeholders. • Performs configuration and administration on IT related equipment • Conducts hardware/software or computer systems testing, evaluation and documentation preparation • Assists in the research of new products and services that will enhance the technical productivity of the department and enable the Data Center to provide increased levels of service to the user community. • Works with other MSC IT organizations to provide the IT first tier or more advanced support service. • Provide assistance to other business functions on IT related matters. • Report work progress to stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT • Diploma or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field, or a related business field is desirable with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in System Engineer or System Analyst. PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge Essential: • Computer (hardware/software) System, Workstation and any additional specialized equipment. • Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and Virtual Machine (VM) • IP Telephone System. • SQL • Scripting / Programing • Data and IT Security. Desired: • Import and Export Shipping. • Container Shipping business. Skills/Abilities Essential: • Strong analytical • Attention to detail • Familiar with MS Office 365, Excel, Outlook, IP Telephony System and ERP. • Familiar with Database System. Desired: • Programming in VBA, Excel Marco, Python or PowerShell. • SQL language • IT Process Improvement
