Quantity Surveyor (QS) Manager (English Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Descriptions 1.Responsible for the management of all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects from initial calculations to final figures. 2.Seek methods to minimize the costs of project and enhance values for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. 3.Ensure statutory building regulations are complied and involve in projects from the start (visiting the site with architects and preparing estimation, costs etc.) 4.Forecast the cost of different materials required for the project (price) and select and/or source construction materials 5.Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other necessary documents 6.Track changes in design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly 7.Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who are responsible for the construction project 8.Evaluate and measure work done on site and settle payment with subcontractors 9.Liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers 10.Assist the Managing Executive in creating a quality attitude at all branches. 11.Visit to each site once a quarter for training and coaching. Work with the department manager to establish goals, assess competency and direct quality output in line with the established 12.Quality Objectives. 13.Planning of and implementation of customer satisfaction effectiveness strategy. 14.Direct and coordinate all aspects of Lean Management in support of company goals and objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications Female 1.35-45 Years/ Bachelor''s Degree in Civil Engineering 2.10 years + experience in real estate. 3.Familiar with real estate business, especially in housing projects is an advantage 4.Qualification in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Construction Management 5.Degree holder in QS or related disciplines, with professional qualification in HKIS / RICS or equivalent; 6.Minimum 6 years relevant experience of which 2 years at senior QS level, with experience gained from a main contractor an advantage; 7.Excellent knowledge on QS practice, contract administration; Good interpersonal and problem solving skills; 8.Strong commercial sense, independent working, dynamic thinking; 9.Fluent in both spoken and written English (A Must) 10.Work mainly at site Chaeng Wattana Road and visit site Kingkaew Road around once or twice a week.
