HR supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Prepares input for payroll run including time attendance, staff movement, salary add/deduction conduction and Tax payment to be in line with company policy and law requirement. - Applying compensation & benefits policies and communicating them to all employees. - Administer certified letters,take care for the insurrane,SSF, Provident Fund and Medical benefit programs. - Answering employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits. - Ensuring that required records and reports are maintained and issued. - Ensuring that benefit costs comply with related budgets. - Support Data for HRIS System. - Coordinate staff activities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor\\\'s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - At least 3-5 years compensation & benefits working knowledge. - Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel needed), Payroll systems is preferred. - Strong in labor law and related. - Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills. - Interpersonal skills, a good team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Thai nationality only. - Friendly and open minded. - Able to work under pressure and good time management.
