Product Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Initiate and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies and plans for the assigned products and ensure the implementation in line with corporate strategy and guideline. - Initiate and implement marketing promotional plans and activities to support sales growth, market shares, and awareness of the responsible product in the market. - Responsible for Above the Line and Below the Line Marketing. - Developing new products (formulation, feasibility, forecast, claims, unique selling proposition, pricing, etc.). - Conduct market analysis to identify customer satisfaction, marketing mix, price elasticity, response to advertisement, sales promotions, and alternative channels and sales systems. - Execute and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activities. - Manage and control the allocated marketing budget ensuring that promotional expenses are within agreed limit and spent effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female, Age over 32 years old. - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields. - At least 3-5 years experience in brand or product management, marketing strategic planning and promotion planning. - Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills - Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Very good in relationship building and strong team player. - Good command of written and spoken in English. - Computer literacy.
