หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• INSEE is searching for candidate who experienced in role of Customer Service project improvement, CS Center capability building toward the system, and CS Center knowledge training. To develop system to improve efficiency, cost, service level of product quality including customer service satisfaction to ensure smoothly operations. What you will do - Analyze dispatching process / tools to support ready-mixed concrete delivery in order to build customer satisfaction - Develop system and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs, service level and product quality of concrete - Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved - Coordinate and report with related teams to analyze project results and performance - Set up ready-mixed concrete dispatching training plan, target group and roll out ready-mixed dispatching courses training including develop training courses - Work closely with Senior Area Manager and HR to ensure that Order Taker, Dispatcher and CDS Supervisor reach the competency - Perform other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• What we need - Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related fields - At least 5 years of working experience in Concrete Dispatching Centre - Familiar in CDS work process and customer needs /requirements - Skilled in project management and process improvement. - Knowledge of RMX Distribution basic level Knowledge of RMX Dispatching logic system - Able to move/relocate to new SCCO office at ITSC at Pathum Thani
