Customer Service Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Monitor new construction projects and update market status as well as competitor movement to formulate marketing and sales plan to enhance competitive advantage over competitors. - Coordinate crossing internal functions, including with LIP and another cluster to effectively follow up and close deal of new projects. - Visit customer to create good relationship and to collect market information and respond dealer accounts as well as end user customers to capture sales opportunities to achieve sales target. - Solve customer transaction processes problems and ensure our services offering meets customer requirement. - Forecast annual sale volume in responsible area for production planning and achieve sales volume target, controlling price, commercial margin and EBITDA also. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management or related fields. - Minimum 2 years in marketing and sales particularly in concrete business. - Concrete Technology - Convincing skill - Communication skill - Negotiation skill - Driver license - TOEIC 550
