หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees within the retail segment, representing their interests and driving sales of concrete products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and promote a concrete product.
Collaborate with franchisees and the FMD KAMs to understand their sales objectives and plan sales strategies to meet their needs and goals.
Work with the SCCO CSM to utilize SCCO's trading business to facilitate transactions and process orders for concrete selling on behalf of franchisees.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees in navigating the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues as needed.
Monitor and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the FMD KAMs.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including concrete selling volume, trading fees, and royalty fees generated, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent driving skill, have own car and driving license.
Computer literacy in MS-Office programs, especially Excel program (can create report and use basic formulas) and able to work through smart phone.
Have basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Eastern Seaboard cluster.
