Pit Development Manager (Mining)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Supervise overall drilling and blasting activities including planning, contractor supervision and execution • Collaborate with mining & reserve management and outsource contractor(s) to deliver and execute mining sequence, pit development plan, production volume and equipment requirement • Monitor and control overall contractor performance, if any, to ensure that the plans and overall activities are achieved as planned • Promote best practice knowledge transfer and develop pit operational team including pit contractors to improve its effectiveness • Plan and manage a quarry and pit rehabilitation • Provide technical and engineering support including safety, mine design, plant design, pit management process for Aggregates operations and the assigned projects

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or other related fields • 5 years of working experience in mining (open pit), quarry and pit development or resources management with minimum 3 years in management level • Knowledge of engineering theory, practices and procedures • Knowledge of mining and resources management • Knowledge of geology modeling, mine planning and mine operations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytic and problem solving skills • TOEIC 650
