• Achieve target volume/revenue of assigned accounts at maximum profitability by executing value-based selling strategy, market penetration strategy, project management • Identify project pipeline, opportunities and challenges and come up with action plans • Implement new products and solutions for customers to achieve a roadmap. • Establish and maintain relationship with major customers/end users/ influencers • Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or engineering preferable in civil, chemical and industrial engineering • At least 7 years experiences in commercial role of construction material business Preferable candidates who have commercial experiences from leading technical mortar solution providers e.g. Sika, Parex, Weber, Jorakay, Cormix, Fosroc, etc. • Knowledge of project sales management • Knowledge of technical mortar business, selling and servicing processes • Strong in project management skill • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
