CONTRACT AND COST CONTROLLING ENGINEER (ISUB)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description • Quantity take off, estimate cost and make BOQ for bidding. • Develop the overall and work breakdown schedules to ensure that the applicators are able to finish their scope of works by timeline. • Adjust draft of service contracts of customers and applicators to align with the terms and conditions. • Sourcing and maintain the professional wall applicators and coordinate with procurement for PR/PO process. • Coordinate with accounting department to issue the billing note/invoice of the construction payment. • Prepare the project related reports; budget control report, monthly progress report. • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or related fields. • At least 3 years direct experience in construction project management or other related fields of light weight block or construction industry. • Knowledge of construction management / service • Knowledge in light weight block / construction industry • Coordination and negotiation skill • Problem solving skills • Coaching and supervisory skill We invite qualified Thai nationals to submit their resume stating their present and expected salary to email: Bundarik.suwannatat@siamcitycement.com
