หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Production of drawings on CAD and BIM (Revit,3D max or inventor) model 2. Responsible for the quality of production 3. Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions. 4. Extract information in 3-D models and prepare quantity and cost estimation for QS and cost reports to service building design team and property owners 5. Use BIM tools and feature of 3-D software in projects. 6. Maintain CAD/ BIM document archive and retrieval for projects and archive completed projects. 7. Produce corporate CAD/ BIM screen shots.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Degree or diploma in Engineering / Drafting 2. Technology / BIM related qualifications 3. At least 3 years of experiences drafting/detailing in building or transport infrastructure projects will be a strong advantage 4. Ability to work independently as a Drafter 5. Ability to use Auto CAD Software is essential, but knowledge of Revit, Micro Station is advantageous. 6. 3-D Structure modeling knowledge is preferred 7. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for a more senior level position
