BIM (Mechanical & Electrical Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Research latest technology, analyze and create value add for projects through implementation of services system. Develop MEP systems concept to best serve project feasibility studies and/or master plan based on statutory perimeters and internal requirements. 2. Develop MEP design from approved design concept through to final design documentation with local and international design consultants to deliver the highest possible quality developments. 3. Review drawings and design from consultants and provide input to enhance and add value to the design product, but managing cost and expectations of both internal and external customers. 4. Source out and select all materials specification and suppliers for quality and price comparison. 5. Manage project timeline, deliverables and resources to help deliver the project as per agreed budget and quality. 6. Coordinate MEP design with other consultants including architects, structure, landscape designers and interiors. 7. Working with Designer and Consultants review and coordinate with team to provide sufficient details for value engineering. 8. Working with product suppliers, contractors and specialists on materials, fitments and equipment for quality audit and best fit for project.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields with Associate Engineering License. 2. 3 - 6 years of MEP design experience in building projects will be a strong advantage 3. Parametric designer form finding skills with Revit and Rhino skills are an advantage. 4. Tracking latest design trends and latest technology for design quality and excellence. Knowledgeable in latest world innovations and happenings in design industry and green design. 5. Commercial office, hospitality, residential (housing and condo) and/or retail experience preferred. 6. Good knowledge of local codes and regulations and able to approach local authorities in a diplomatic manner. 7. Strong leadership, self-organized and coordination skills are needed. High integrity, problem solving and proactive approach.
