• Plan, develop, and test new cement application and/or Concrete Product Manufacturing (CPM) product and solution to ensure product fit customer requirement • Conduct cement product benchmarking and reporting to monitor product quality per defined procedures and standard • Conduct related product quality improvement per strategy, benchmarking result, or upon agreed request • Provide technical support for customer approachand complaint upon request (under cement application product scope) • Investigate and propose innovative concrete products and solutions for development decision • Conduct product trainings for sales and Technical Support team • Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields • 4 years of experiences in technical services of Concrete Product Manufacturing (CPM), ready mixed concrete business or cement • Knowledge of cement chemistry and technology, and cement application • Knowledge of project management • Project Management • Creativity and innovative thinking skills
