Department Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Drive and facilitate Department related the cost saving / revenue enhancement program including new initiative idea for busniness project - Monitoring and communicate for an update result of actions into meeting – to ensure relevance and effectiveness - Provide necessary information and be a catalyst for learning and action to group members are responsible for what they learn/do - Support business team (Mining and Business expansion) about PR/PO process and share service for Department management team - Assist Department business team (Mining and Business expansion) by provide monitoring report using for update contractor’s performance as of time period i.e. daily, weekly and monthly report. - Support campaign to boost functional employee engagement for example energy saving activities, initiative collaboration operation program

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields - 3 years of working experience in project or production management - Knowledge of office management system - Knowledge of aggregates operations and sales process - Knowledge of basic business administration - Knowledge of vendor and contractor management - TOEIC 550
