Brand Manager

• Duties & Responsibilities: - Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights - Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to - Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies - Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted customer - And interpret into the brand execution. - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Coach the team and get the best from everyone - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues - Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions - Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies - Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics Job Description: - Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales - Following market trends and presenting creative ideas - Analyzing data to report on brand growth weekly and monthly - Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities - Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion) - Coordinate sales, product development and other to teams (internal and external (buyers) - Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs - Analyze industry, competition and market trends - Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to budget - Prepare reports on brand performance and sales - Attend meeting on product development (if needed for oversee) - Providing and Training staffs(PCs) for the product knowledge. Qualifications: - Experience in Retail Business and Merchandiser - Highly energetic with excellence communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical with creative thinking and problem solving ability - Energetic and positive thinking - Good command of English and Good Excel skills - Able to work independently and confidently under various circumstances and meet regular deadline - Education Background: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Administration / related field - Experiences: Minimum 3-5 years direct experience, - Preferable Retail Business, Good communication in English, Leadership Control. - Qualification: Good communication, Service Mind, Good Attitude, Team Work, Proactive, Responsibility. - Training Needs: Product Knowledge, After Sale Service, Service Mind
