Head of Logistics

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for the overall management of Logistics department (Warehouse/Transportation) - Contribute to development and implementation of an aligned the company business plan - To actively contribute in ensuring the achievement of Budgets and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs). - To contribute in ensuring continuous improvement/increasing the standards of all staff towards achieving our vision, mission, goals and strategies through: - - To motivate and look into the individual needs of Logistics Team as well as to work cohesively and impartially with every individual of the team members. - To participate in developing an environment for faster and more efficient work processes through amongst other significant increase in use of EDI/Internet applications, etc. - Experience in contract negotiations with 3PL/Transportation vendor - Contribute to overall the company Thailand management team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or female age between 35 - 45 years up - Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain/Accounting/Finance/Business Management . - Minimum of 7 years accounting and financial and taxation experience (with at least 5 years at the managerial level) in a multifunctional company or Retail business will be advantage. - Having experience in ERP and NAV will be advantage - Having experience working in Retail, Trading/consignment business will be advantage - Having experience in project feasibility study to propose for investment will be advantage. - Strong planning and business analytical skills, service-minded, open-minded, results-oriented and proactive. - Strong leadership, ability to manage all staffs and cooperation with other departments - Good in English communication - Willingness to travelling overseas (Singapore) - Good attitude. Able to manage/facilitate many parties
