• Call the price from the Vendors and present to top management. • Negotiating the best rates with our vendors and order • Managing the International team • Support for Export procedure and documentation requirement • Keeping files in order and up to date • Collecting documentation and obtaining compliance information • Monitor shipments to ensure compliance of regulations • Solving problems for the best outcome for the company • Tracking and tracing the progress of shipments • Coordinating schedules with airlines and steamship lines • Reliably and effectively communicating information to all parties in a timely manner • Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills • Monitoring and maintaining the International milestones • Working closely with the Sales and Operation teams to maintain current accounts and acquire new business • Support in new product sourcing and product development from the overseas supplier.

Male or Female, age 32 up, with minimum 5-6 year experience. Master Degree in business administration, marketing or any related fields. Have knowledge in Import Export, customs clearance, sea & air freight or boat Good interpersonal and communication skills and flexible. English communication both written and spoken. Computer literacy, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. Can work under pressure and fast learner. Toeic 500++
