หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Qualifications: * Age 30 years up. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field. * Good Interpersonal and Communication skill. * At least 3 years experiences * Good verbal and written English communication skills. * Able to work upcountry. Responsibilities: * Coordinate information with individuals both internal and external personnel. * Greets the visitors and set appointments for the boss. * Facilitate meetings, include preparing presentations and summarizing meeting reports. * Following up on the progress of work being carried out by other departments, relating to tasks assigned by the MD * Support, manage and prioritize tasks for the Managing Director to be achieved on time. * Assist to Corporate team in tasks assigned and follow up assignments to meet the schedule and timeline. * Managing operational processes, planning and budgeting for a wide range of projects. * Provide secretarial and administrative services such as handling telephone calls, daily appointments, meetings, minute of meeting, correspondence. * Secretarial action as calendar arrangement, invoicing, booking for business trip (air-ticket, hotel, car and other related the trip) * Other work assignments.
