Sales Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide day-to-day sales support to the sales team. • Manage sale inquiries via website, social media, phone calls, emails, and inquiries, while providing professional assistance to the customer’s needs. This includes necessarily follow up to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met, or exceeded. • Procure and ship various IT products to customer for installation and deployment. • Vendor management, including registering and sourcing for deals. • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate best pricing and delivery with vendors. • Act as liaison between product support, accounting, sales and operations to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to seek/design innovative ways to improve procurement processes, service levels, and other team workflows. • Identify new opportunities for hardware and software product sales and new areas for development through detailed research of specific industry/market targets • Maintain awareness and be well-informed of continually changing software, hardware systems and peripherals, market conditions, and competitive landscape • Excellent customer service practices and accurate product knowledge.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience with some IT procurement knowledge preferred • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required • Some experience procuring computer hardware, software and peripherals is strongly preferred • Some knowledge of Cisco, Dell, IBM, Microsoft and Networking product purchasing and licensing is strongly preferred • Prior experience working for a VAR, systems integrator or product distributor (ie Avnet, Ingram Micro, or Tech Data) is a plus • Working knowledge of inventory management and shipping/receiving • Understanding of vendor pricing programs and promotions is strongly desired • Good math skills are required • Articulate and confident presentation skills and professional telephone manner • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize • Thai Nationality
