Responsible

> Service customer equipment including installations, preventative maintenance, techroom repairs and training.
> Setting up and installing new servers and network equipment, desktops, and printers.
> Installing and troubleshooting client applications (proprietary and off-the-shelf).
> Troubleshooting server and workstation software and hardware issues.
> Monitoring backup systems and ensuring jobs are completed per schedule.
> Provide consultation and solutions to customer, converting requirement into successful implementation.
> Communicating system issues, updates, and resolution plans/timelines to customer in person and/or via email and phone.
> Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software/hardware problems and disputes.
> Support Systems Integration Team in implementing IT systems and network infrastructure.
> Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to vet and demo new applications.
> Provide remote support for customer and internal teams as needed.
> Take pride in maintaining complete, timely documentation, including IT profiles, network diagrams, daily onsite reports, field service reports and others as defined by management.

> Strong IT knowledge and experience in all Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtual Server, SQL Server, Exchange and Office Suites.
> Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure.
> Handle multiple tasks concurrently.
> Demonstrate knowledge of Server hardware (IBM, Dell, HP).
> Demonstrate knowledge of Storage Area Networks, iSCSI, and NAS Solutions.
> Demonstrate knowledge of Routers, VPN, Firewalls, and Wireless.
> Service mind with excellent communication and presentation skills.
> Must be able to lift, carry, and reposition all parts of user workstations, servers, network appliances, and printers
> Experience in cloud solutions and Unix/Linux is a plus.
