Responsible

1.Lead the IT Sales team in growing and optimizing sales pipeline.
2.Deliver key services like account planning and strategy, sales presentations, enablement to achieve business goals and customer success.
3.Achieve defined goals with the sales region including quotas and KPIs.
4.Research and build relationships with new clients in key verticals and develop relationships with partners to engage those verticals.
5.Evangelize the IT solutions portfolio internally and externally via workshops, webinars to customers, prospects, and partners.
6.Lead, report, and analyze the pipeline and forecast for the IT business.
7.Business Development.
8.Hire the right team of specialists to match our culture and fuel our growth.

More qualification

1.3+ years of high-tech field experience in managing sales, engineering, professional or consulting team.
2.Proven track record of achieving and managing team revenue quotas.
3.Experience in selling services for infrastructure solutions at a senior decision-maker level.
4.Familiar with product roadmap planning to incorporate customer requirements into TechSpace service offerings.
5.Excellent pipelining / forecasting / resource management / account management skills.
6.Excellent understanding of the cloud IT operations and trends.
7.Successful experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
8.Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams tasked with full lifecycle support.
9.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
