• Qualification 1. Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administrative, Economics or Related Field 2. Must Have Experience in Settlement, Trading, Investment, Underwriting, Finance at Least 2 Years 3. Proficient in Using Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word) 4. Proficient in Written and Spoken English 5. Have Excellent Analytical Skills to Analyze Complex Problems and Data 6. Has Experience in Handling and Manages Finance 7. Knowledge in Agile Frameworks and Portfolio Management in an Agile Environment 8. Have Excellent Understanding of Financial Accounting & Profit & Loss, Financial Forecasting & Analysis 9. Ability To Translate Strategic Ambitions into Tactical Financial Planning and Optimized Use of Resources 10. Ability to Understand Needs and Objectives and Translate Them into a Financial Context 11. Is Structured with Excellent Organization and Strategic Planning Skills 12. Ability to Understand and Embrace Agile Principles and Incorporate Them into Our Financial Steering Towards Lean Budgeting 13. Ability to Communicate in an Easy and Understandable Way 14. Facilitate Constructive Communication, Collaboration and Knowledge-Sharing Between Different Stakeholders 15. Has Great Leadership Skills & Come Up with Great New Ideas 16. Have the Ability to Act Independently, Take Own Initiatives and Lead the Way 17. Have The Motivation to Constantly Improve and Achieve Targets 18. Is Curious, Prestige-Less and Always Strive to Find the Best Way Forward
