Domestic Business Development Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Strategic Market Development -Identify growth opportunities within the domestic gold and precious metals market. Conduct market analysis to support expansion into new customer segments and geographic regions.
• • Performance Tracking & Reporting- Develop regular reports and presentations to evaluate campaign effectiveness, product performance, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance business outcomes.
• • Support Go-to-Market Strategies- Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market plans, messaging, and positioning strategies that resonate with Thai consumers across different channels.
• • Internal Coordination & Project Execution- Coordinate with departments such as Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and IT to ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives and alignment with company objectives.
• • Product Development & Innovation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and launch new investment products and services tailored to local customer needs and market trends.
• • Digital Channel Enhancement- Work closely with the digital transformation team to enhance digital platforms and customer experience, including web, mobile, and trading applications that support mass-market accessibility
• • Regulatory Compliance & Industry Monitoring -Monitor local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all products and campaigns meet regulatory standards.
• • Ad-hoc Initiatives- Support special projects or cross-functional initiatives that align with the strategic direction of the domestic business.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, product development, or strategic planning within gold business or financial services.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize data and market insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce is a plus. Interest in digital transformation in the financial or investment industry is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Thailand’s gold investment ecosystem or broader financial products is preferred, though not mandatory.
