• Our client is a widely recognized experienced global marketer of software for industrial sectors. The Company has built successful businesses in every country in which it operates. In order to strengthen its team in Thailand and accommodate year-on-year growth, it now seeks to appoint a highly competent and experienced Financial Controller to lead its Finance and Accounting functions and other back-office operations. The Financial Controller will report to the Region Financial Controller (based overseas) and will supervise 3 staff members. Responsibilities will include the overall management of financial functions, ensuring accurate and timely submission of daily/monthly/annual financial analysis; management reporting; balance sheet review; accounts reconciliation in line with IFRS and US GAAP; taxation, regulatory matters and audits; budgeting and variance analysis; compliance; policies issuance; ensuring compliance with relevant local and US GAAP/SOX reporting requirements; internal audit and company policies and procedure across all operations, including those at 2 branches; and administration.
