หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the maintenance department to achieve improved equipment reliability, reduced downtime, and enhanced operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all 80+ machines.
• Evaluate and modernize maintenance processes to align with current industry best practices.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize disruption from breakdowns and support consistent product quality.
• Train and develop maintenance staff, introducing modern techniques and tools to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Monitor and report key metrics, such as machine downtime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs.
• Drive energy-saving initiatives and ensure optimal use of utilities while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age: 40–50 years (preferred)
• Minimum of 8–10 years in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food-grade plastic packaging, thermoforming, or injection molding is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Awareness of energy management and cost saving.
• Moderate/Good English.
