หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Deal with customers and suppliers either by telephone, E-mail and VDO Conference
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide delivery information and import-export
• Process orders, invoice and custom clearance
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Female
• Age between 23-27 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or any related fields
• Good command of both written & spoken in English
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Data collection and ordering
• Customer service orientation
• Adaptability
• Initiative
• tress tolerance
