Major Responsibility - Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues. - Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down. - Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Mobile and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc). - Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed. - Assist with onboarding of new users. - Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users. - Install, configure, and upgrade PC software. - Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults - Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault. - Testing and evaluating new technology. - Provide monthly report to management

Job Requirement Education Qualifications : - Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science Professional Experience: - 2-3 years of work experience in Support Function - Experience working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is essential - Experience working with Windows 10, Android, iOS - Experience working with End Point Security - Experience working Hardware Notebook Mobile device - Knowledge Active Directory & Group Policy - Knowledge Networks basic - Good command of English
