Human Capital Business Partner Executive-Manufacturing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Support all key people activities (Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Development Programs, etc.) - Support team to coaching people managers and ensure that they take full ownership in completing core people activities with quality and in a timely manner. - Support team in managing communication of HR services, or any related issues and feedback to each business function. - Provide operational support to line managers in HR services. - Execute HR supporting activities, eg. Supporting data, document preparation and etc. to ensure efficiency in a timely manner.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 2 years of HR working experience - HRBP or Recruitment background are desirable - Good command of written and spoken English - MS Office savvy especially Excel & PowerPoint - Very good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills - Very good analytical and organizational skills, also ability to multi-task
