• Job Purpose HCBP Executive / Senior executive will need to drive business growth by supporting People strategy, facilitating and supporting core People Programs and initiatives for business. Key Responsibility:- - Support all key people activities (Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Development Programs, etc.) - Build trust-based relationships with internal customer and put people at the heart of every activity in order to build ˜'Be the Winning Team™' culture. - Support team in managing communication of HR services, or any related issues and feedback to each business function. - Provide operational support to Commercial function. - Execute HR supporting activities, eg. Supporting data, document preparation and etc. to ensure efficiency in a timely manner. Requirement Education Qualification : - Good standard of education (Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any fields) Professional Experiences : - At least 5 years of HR working experience HRBP or Recruitment background are desirable - Business acumen with strong leadership skills - Good working knowledge of labor law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations - Good understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply to employee relations cases - Experience of using HR software solutions is a plus - Experience of working in FMCG business environment is preferable
