Conduct production line verification, including line monitoring, line release, and water plant checks.
Monitor and report defects in warehouse finished goods (WH-FGs).
Perform sampling and inspection activities according to Quality Inspection Protocols (QIP).
Manage non-conforming (NC) and hold-status finished goods products.
Summarize and report daily quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
Document sampling and inspection results, including trials and testing protocols.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in quality assurance or production line control, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection techniques.
Ability to interpret and follow testing protocols and SOPs.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word, reporting tools).
Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
