หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1 Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports 2 Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances 3 Pays vendors by verifying tax invoice/receipts; contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation 4 Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions to accrue expense 5 Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions 6 Manage and Control the completeness and punctuation of monthly detailed accounts & other reconciliation accounts together with analysis. (Such as, AP aging reports, etc.) 7 Manage and Control the punctual of CT claim and WHT 8 Responsible for the completeness of controlling processes in Advance payment 9 Prepare documents for Internal/External Auditor 10 Other duties upon request by Senior Executive - AP NPO

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1 Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or related field 2 0-3 years experiences in Accounting related work 3 ERP knowledge especially SAP or Dynamic 365 is a plus 4 Good computer literacy 5 Good command of English both spoken and written 6 Knowledge in Burmese is a plus
