Brand Development Executive – New International Business Projects

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Develop marketing mix (concept/ proposition, product, packaging) for new international projects  Work with business development and trade/ sales cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market execution  Work with creative and media agencies on marketing communication plan and executions  Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs  Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities  Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities  Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

• * Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager * Ability to develop marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives * Understanding of marketing mix * Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind * Outstanding communication skills; excellent in English * Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices * Degree in marketing or a related field * Enthusiastic and Agile * Passionate to win/high energy * Good listening skill * Possess good collaboration
