Legal Assistant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities; • Provide legal service for all matters related to the business operation comply with relevant laws and regulations • Draft, review and revise all of the commercial agreements and legal documents for the company • Handle all process of work permit, visa, re-entry, and other concerns for expatriate employee • Be responsible for customer claim and dealing issues with OCPB and others • To be in charge of a court proceeding or handle issues about Corruption, Civil, Criminal, Labor and etc. • Any other assignments Qualifications; • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law, Age 30-35 years old. • More than 5 years of experience in related field • Having a Lawyer's License • Strong knowledge of international trade law, business law, and other laws relevant to the retail industry • Good command in English • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • A proactive, professional and mature
