Key Account Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for sales target achievement in allocated area or group to drive operational standards and to develop business opportunities and sales promotion activities. • To supervise, coach, develop and support the continuous improvement of sales team in promoting sales and delivering excellent customer service to maximize sales opportunities in line with the company brand. • To monitor on the increase of sales/customer ratio and expanding customer base • To implement and execute sales programs and strategies to drive our business forward • To analyze sales data and recommend on change or areas of improvement for business decision • To work closely with business partners or buyers on space merchandising and inventory management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female, age not less than 40 years old • BA or Master Degree in any related field • 5-10 years working experience in Sales Function of retail business, preferably in cosmetics or consumer products industry with high passion in beauty products • Strong team management , leadership skill and negotiation skill • Presentable with good interpersonal & communication skill with self motivated , multi-task skill and problem solving skill • Proven sales record with high achievement in sales target with result oriented mindset • Have experience to deal with the Buyers The interested candidates with good command in English and Computer Knowledge, please send your resume stating your qualification, experience and current/expected salary with a recent photo to: hr@shiseido.co.th
