IT and Business Solution Specialist (POS, CRM and BI)

• Job responsibilities: • Proactively identify actions/solution to sustain and improve the IT service as business partner • Lead, design and implement the success and user satisfaction in ERP and WMS systems implementation and integration with internal and external legacy systems and platforms • Accountable, monitor and handle daily ERP and WMS application management support & implementation with business process owners and key users, regional and head quarter • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and system implementation • Log, troubleshoot, investigate, collaborate with users and vendor on incidents, changes and bug fixes to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Coordinate and manage vendors for business requirement gathering, confirmation, testing, bug-fixing and deployment • Engage with key stakeholders for best practice designing and supporting solution/configuration of on-going projects, business and operation requirements • Develop business requirement, business process flow, functional specification and get sign off from stakeholders • Prepare and support user test data & test cases, perform and support tests then get required sign off • Administrate application system of the company in term of application configuration, master data setup, application user id and permission management • Perform data migration and data verification activities • Conduct user training on existing and new systems • Ensure system documentation is well updated e.g. user inventory and authorization matrix, configuration, training/user manual etc. • Comply and implement data governance and standardization across organization • Follow local, regional and global guideline, policy and procedures

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Thai Nationality • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related fields • At least 5 years working experience in SAP HANA/ECC6 project implementation and application support for SD and MM modules with EDI/API interfaces (background in consulting firm is preferable) • Good knowledge of SAP HANA/ECC6 FI and CO modules integration • Strong logical & strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership, can do attitude and collaboration • Good in project management and presentation • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills • Implementation or application support of WMS solution is a plus • SAP ABAP Programming or other programming skill would be advantage • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Word • Working experience in FMCG industry is mandatory • Minimum TOEIC Score 750 or equivalent Interested candidates are invited to write in with full resume, stating present and expected salaries, and enclosing a recent photograph via click APPLY NOW Shiseido (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 8 T-One Building, 23rd-24th Floor, Soi Sukhumvit 40, Sukhumvit Road, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110 THAILAND Visit Website: shiseido.co.th
