หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Be responsible for the marketing activities across all business units in the Absolute studio and create campaign with execution to generate new traffic. 2. Work with marketing team to establish benchmarks for specific performance measurements and drive activities to achieve these metrics. 3. Partner with the design, production, sales teams on marketing initiatives, campaigns launches, and implement SOPs for measurable user growth and/or retention. 4. Drive initiatives in collaboration with external agencies and internal functional teams 5. Ensure all marketing activity is aligned to the company brand guide and corporate identity requirements. 6. Manage the creative teams delivery schedule for content/creative assets. 7. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to the creative team and manage day-to-day operational aspects of marketing projects. 8. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to CEO/COO for approval. 9. Measure and optimize campaign effectiveness across offline marketing engagements to ensure return on investment for all activities. 10. Prepare marketing presentations for brand meetings and internal presentations. 11. Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaigns performance. 12. Communicate with our management team about marketing goals and results.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Thai Nationality only 2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or any related field 3. At least 10 years experience in marketing 4. In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels 5. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices 6. 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics 7. At least 2 years experience in Team Management 8. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success 9. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 10. Team player 11. Good time-management skills 12. Able to analyse data and familiar with MS Excel 13. Fluent in English and Thai 14. Entrepreneur attitude
