หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 6–10 years experience in creative, branding, content, or art direction
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, social media, and visual communication
• Experience leading creative or content teams
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, and culture trends
• Proficient in creative tools and content production workflows
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Define and oversee the visual direction, tone, and brand voice for each brand
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, content, campaigns, and communications
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling directions aligned with each brand positioning
• Maintain strong and differentiated brand identities across all business units
• Lead and manage content, design, and creative production teams
• Review and approve creative outputs including social media, campaigns, videos, graphics, and promotional materials
• Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams on campaign planning and execution
• Guide content direction to ensure relevance, engagement, and alignment with current trends Team Management
• Manage and mentor creative, content, graphic, and production teams
• Ensure efficient workflow, timelines, and quality control across all creative projects
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration Brand Experience
• Ensure all customer-facing visuals and messaging reflect the intended brand experience
• Support studio launches, events, activations, and partnerships with strong creative direction
