• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related fields
• Strong academic background from a top-tier Thai university or reputable international university is strongly preferred
• 8+ years of experience in fitness, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, premium service, consumer brands, or other customer-facing businesses
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn direction into real execution
• Strong understanding of premium customer experience, lifestyle brands, and community-driven business
• Highly analytical, structured, and logical in problem-solving
• Strong research capability with the ability to understand customers, competitors, trends, and market opportunities
• Commercially minded, with understanding of revenue, pricing, utilization, retention, customer acquisition, and business performance
• AI-enabled and digitally fluent
• Highly hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage or high-growth environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
