หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage social media content, scheduling, posting, and caption writing across platforms
• Create artwork, short-form videos, and marketing content for online campaigns
• Handle photography, videography, and video editing for marketing and promotional materials
• Produce banners, posters, brochures, presentations, sales materials, and instructional materials
• Support content production for campaigns, workshops, events, and business expansion initiatives
• Capture event content and create post-event highlight materials
• Support TikTok Live and live streaming setup, operation, and post-live content production
• Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to develop marketing and educational content
• Prepare supporting media and artwork for strategic campaigns across different business engines
• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, creative workflows, and production efficiency

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in content creation, social media, creative production, or related fields
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute creative projects end-to-end independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
• Strong understanding of audience behavior, content psychology, and social media trends
• Able to translate audience insights into content, visuals, and storytelling that create engagement and emotional impact
• Able to use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or related creative tools
• Strong interest in AI and ability to use AI tools effectively in content and creative workflows
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, design, editing, research, or productivity enhancement
• Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content trends
• Comfortable working onsite, supporting events, and handling fast-paced production tasks
• Familiarity with the educational industry is highly preferred
• Good English communication skills are highly preferred
