• Experience in marketing operations, campaign management, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute projects end-to-end independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, audience engagement, and campaign execution
• Strong interest in AI and ability to utilize AI tools effectively in marketing workflows
• Experience using AI tools for marketing, productivity, research, reporting, or campaign support
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and highly execution-focused environments
• Familiarity with the educational industry is highly preferred
• Good English communication skills are highly preferred
